Pollo Monzese - Grilled succulent chicken breast fillet topped with rich napolitana sauce with red capsicum, onions, olives, spices and a touch of chilli.
Scallopine Genovesa - Tender pan fried veal medallions with a creamy spinach sauce.
Risotto Milanesa - A hearty combination of fresh garden vegetables, tossed with Arborio rice in a delicate napoli sauce.
